Sounds simple huh? Just be.
Just Being is a lot like meditation. It’s not passive. It’s not about doing nothing.
It’s all about how you walk into your day. It’s about not over-giving and over-committing.
It’s about being in your power and knowing yourself. It’s about unhooking from what you cannot change…but still using your inner strength to change what you can.
Can I carve out a time each day to sit, walk, or in some intentional way, listen to the core of who I am?
If I cannot, why?
If I were to approach a challenging situation this week from a place of “Just Be”, what would I act like?
How might the outcome be different? Am I willing to try?
Life is precious as it is.
