Are you someone that takes food with her most everywhere you go? It’s a great habit to practice so that you don’t let hunger overwhelm you resulting in making unhealthy food choices. I often can’t tell if I am hungry and then pow! it hits me.
What I take with me…
- an organic apple ( i am loving fall apple season)
- one or two filled water bottles
- almond/coconut KIND bar ( no i don’t sell these i just love them; low glycemic and digest well)
- left overs I quickly grab like a salad/ hardboiled egg/ nuts
What do you need to organize so that you are ready to pack food when you know you are going to be out for the day? an afternoon? a few hours? Are you someone who gets hungry in the car on the way home? What can you grab so you don’t arrive home ravenous? This is a perfect week to work on being mindful in your eating. You are worth the focus.
